| Returns for phone or mail orders only. We are very proud of our jewellery, and we take an enormous amount of time and care to ensure every piece is finished beautifully. However should you need to return an item we are happy to offer you a refund, an exchange or credit note. As long as the following conditions are met. Items can only be returned if undamaged, not worn and with their original packaging within the following time lines. Unless previously agreed in writing. U.K 7 days from delivery International 14 days from delivery Ben Day will inspect all goods on return; if we find the item is damaged or worn in any way we cannot offer a refund. The jewellery will be returned to you. Packaging All the jewellery is carefully packed in our own handmade black leather jewellery boxes with midnight blue interiors, and embossed with my logo. UK orders We will send your order by Royal Mail special delivery after clearance of payment. International orders We will send your orders via Royal Mail Air Sure after clearance of payment. We can also send some items via FedEx, and will advise you of any extra shipping costs and delivery time. Any duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Sizing If you should require a specific size please let us know on your order. Otherwise the rings made to a UK size M Equivalent to a European 52, or 7.5 USA. The resizing of rings is generally no problem, please contact me to for more information. Our Diamonds Ben Day will not knowingly sell conflict diamonds and to the best of our ability we will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
